Installation method of distribution box

release time:2024-03-12publisher:

Distribution box is the power installation equipment used in every power engineering. Distribution box is widely used because of its small size and easy installation. Using distribution box can control the overall power transmission and power control of power engineering. How to install distribution box?

1. Selection of power supply mode of distribution box

The power supply mode of different buildings is different. Generally, the current required for residential buildings is small. When the line current is less than or equal to 30a, the power installation company will choose to supply power from the regional public low-voltage grid, using 220V single-phase power supply. When the line current is more than 30a, 220V / 380V three-phase four wire system or three-phase five wire system should be used for power supply. The power installation company can use this method to reduce the imbalance of three-phase low-voltage distribution system.

2. Power line selection of distribution box

Generally, PVC or rubber sheathed insulated wire with 3C certification will be selected, and its withstand voltage and current carrying capacity shall be compatible with the electrical capacity of LED device, the withstand voltage shall not be less than 450V / 750V, and the cross-sectional area of wire core shall meet relevant regulations. It has good electrical conductivity and outer insulation performance, on the one hand, it can ensure the smooth completion of power engineering and the safety of construction personnel.

3. Installation of distribution box

After calculating the current of each phase, fuse, circuit breaker, AC contactor, program-controlled switch, Zero plate and ammeter voltmeter, current transformer, watt hour meter, etc. are selected based on the current. The installation of the distribution box is completed by using insulated wires for wiring, selecting wires for wiring according to the current of the main circuit, and using screwdrivers or socket spanners to fix and tighten on the electrical wiring column head.
