A large number of studies show that the failure rate of the terminal increases exponentially with the increase of temperature, the service life decreases exponentially with the increase of temperature, and the service life of the terminal will be halved when the ambient temperature rises by 10 ℃.

Every half year, use dial indicator to check the reverse clearance of X, y and Z feed shafts and B shafts, and make necessary clearance compensation again; every year, recheck the main accuracy items of the machine tool according to the certificate of conformity.

Check the reverse clearance with dial indicator every half a year and clean the filter once a year.

Every half a year, check the contact wear of electrical parts of electric box and operation panel, the sensitivity of limit switch, sensor and solenoid valve action, and the firmness of connecting terminal and connecting terminal screw.

Half a year after the installation and adjustment of the new machine tool, due to the slight sinking of the foundation mud hole during solidification, the foundation must be readjusted. After that, the bed level shall be checked and adjusted with a 0.02/1000 level meter every year.
